We provide care for a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress, grief, ADHD, autism, and sleep difficulties. Our psychologists use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Sessions can be accessed through Medicare (with a Mental Health Care Plan), NDIS (self- or plan-managed), WorkCover, DVA, or privately. Health fund rebates may also be available. For more information about our therapy sessions click the button below to visit our therapy page.

Autism Assessments

We provide comprehensive autism assessments for children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive and understanding environment. Our psychologists take the time to get to know each person’s strengths, challenges, and goals to ensure the assessment process is clear, respectful, and informative.

Our assessments include standardised questionnaires, clinical interviews, observations, input from parents, teachers, or other professionals where appropriate, and a detailed report. We aim to provide a thorough understanding of each individual’s profile to guide meaningful support, intervention, and planning.
