Our Therapy Sessions
We provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a safe and supportive environment. Our psychologists take the time to understand your individual needs and goals, working collaboratively with you to create meaningful change.
We provide care for a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress, grief, ADHD, autism, and sleep difficulties. Our psychologists use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Autism Assessments
We provide comprehensive autism assessments for children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive and understanding environment. Our psychologists take the time to get to know each person’s strengths, challenges, and goals to ensure the assessment process is clear, respectful, and informative.
Our assessments include standardised questionnaires, clinical interviews, observations, input from parents, teachers, or other professionals where appropriate, and a detailed report. ADHD Assessments
We provide ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults who may be struggling with attention, focus, organisation, and emotional regulation. The goal is to gain a clear understanding of your strengths and challenges to help guide effective support and treatment options.
Our assessments include standardised questionnaires, clinical interviews, observations, input from parents, teachers, or other professionals where appropriate, and a detailed report. An ADHD assessment can assist with diagnostic clarification, educational or workplace support, and access to appropriate interventions or funding.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid a cancellation fee please notify reception by phone before 12pm the day before your appointment.
Cancellations made between 12pm and 5pm the day before the appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or cancellations after 5pm will be charged the full session fee, payable before your next appointment.
Deposits
A $100 deposit is required to secure your initial consultation. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your first session.

Telehealth Options
